Dear CHINAPOST,

Your Tracking says, that my parcel has reached Dalizhen (in Foshan) at 14th October, but it isn't delivered yet. It's very important for me, that i get this parcel as soon as possible.

Why does it stuck on this storage? Why do i have to wait more than 2,5 month for my package? It's in your storage, since more than 3 weeks?

Your address might not be covered by China Post delivery network. You should call China Post hot line 11185 or go to China Post office in 大沥 and pickup the parcel.

But there are several offices in Dali. Can you give me an address?

You should call China Post hot line 11185. They should know the exact address.
