Hello

My packet havent arrived yet after a almost two months. My reference number is this RS344654027CN . What have happened?

1. I have possibly the same tracking as you:
2016-11-21 22:10:13.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

2. May I suggest you look at this:

3. Also please contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out more information about your parcel.

4. Please do take into consideration this. When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition in China. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Rescheduling of mail bags
