Post Packages to France still waiting

Hello,

22-Nov-2014, I made a purchase on Ebay.

The seller gave me the track number RH013839218CN

But I expect the package for more than 6 weeks.

I wanted to know if the package was actually sent or if there was a problem with China Post.

Happy new year to you. I believe after this many days, you should open a dispute to eBay or Paypal.
