I have a package that is waiting to shanghai for almost one month.
RI765436332CN tracking number.

Why is it so long, is there a problem ???

it should be delayed by Xmas rush season. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection or open dispute. otherwise keep waiting another 2 to 3 weeks.
