Post Packages not arrived - please help

It is about these tracking numbers. They are baby carriers, which seem to be stuck in Shanghai since 30th of July. They should be going to Germany. Could you please tell when approximately they will arrive? I need to tell the people who are expecting them.

Really appreciate your help.

airmail arrival time is not so accurate. Most parcel will arrive within 4 weeks. Your parcels should be delayed for some unknown reason.

The parcel might be rejected, lost, or just simply stuck delayed.

China Post database does NOT record parcel status detail such as reason for rejected or lost parcel. If the parcel was rejected or lost by customs officer, they don't even inform china post. so none can assure you anything.

We can only give you some advice based on our experience.

As you said the parcel has no battery inside, it is more likely to be delayed than other two situations. If the parcel status not changing over 45 days, then you should seriously consider the possibility of lost and open dispute to protect your money.

It is exactly the same baby carrier as here (I myself am not using Aliexpress, just an example):

From your experience, have you noticed baby carriers are rejected by customs?

Do you have a phone number to call Shanghai Customs Warehouse to get to know more information? The people getting their babys now, it is a bad situation.

It is just that my baby carriers in the past were delivered very fast and now it seems to have stopped. Maybe you could at least reply to my first question. I guess there are not any phone numbers.

My package id is RG183480945CN. It was shipped from Beijing to India, But status was not updated after 21st june neither received in India. Indian post is saying to check whether it leaves Beijing. Kindly help me.

I have a package sent to me on the 17th of October and till today I have not received it.

RI608418125CN

When do you think I will receive it? I tried to track and the last entry showed that it has reached Guangzhao Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit).

I'm from Malaysia.

normally parcel from Guangzhou to Malaysia may not over 30 days. Your parcel should have some problem. If I were you, I will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel.
