Post Packages have not arrived

My two packages continuously circulating in China. One came to the Germany and returned to China. I do not know what the problem is. I can not complain because the deadline for refund has long passed. I read on a forum in my country that others have the same problems with shipments ordered from November until today. Codes to track shipments are RG092450003CN, RG123704734CN. Also I have a problem with packages that do not have tracking code ... also never arrived ...

Nothing from the list, it's part of the guitar. This is only a bar which is located in the neck of the guitar.
I read in the forum that almost everyone from my country have trouble. One girl was ordered 50 parcels and nothing has arrived. It is very worrying that she did not get any parcel that she ordered...

RG092450003CN should be rejected or lost in customs. RG123704734CN is on the way.
