Hi, A month has passed since it was sent and still haven't received. Is it stuck?

2016-11-13 10:26:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport

1. According to your tracking and other tracking your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Spain. May I suggest your look at this for your country:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. When your parcel arrive in your country it's up to Spain Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. You should also take into consideration that this is the busiest time of the year for any Post Office in the World, so mail is slow right now.
