Post Package still hasnt arrive to uk?

Can somebody please tell me whats going on because the seller has said that it is in the country and I should consult my post office? Isnt it meant to be delievered to my house?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel stuck in 郑州 long time. Normally it should go to Bejing or shanghai before left China. This is a bad sign which means your parcel might be reject or lost in 郑州. If I were you, I will open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
