Hello!
Could you please help me because my package is stuck in "beijing departure" status since December 2!y tracking number is RF429853964CN.

1. Your parcel is On route/In Transit to your country. I have the same tracking as you. Even if you don't see any tracking it does not means that your parcel is not traveling to your country. May I suggest you look at this for your country Greece:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. Now it's up to Greece Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. Right now mail is very slow everywhere because of the Holiday Season.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Greece Post site for any new movement.

I also have a package stuck at DEFRAA, US since December 9th, no new updates, shipper told me it would be at least 20 days, which it's been since I've ordered. Ship # starts with LW. Any advice? Thanks!

1. DEFRAA = FRANKFURT/M DeutschePost

2. Without the tracking number I can not tell you much. But if the parcel is going to USA. Please take note that there is a big delay in JFK and Chicago right now for incoming parcel from overseas.
