Hello,

I'm waiting for the following package: http://track.track-chinapost.com/sfcservice/LX728764988CN?

The information on the tracking site tells me that it is delivered. But I haven't received the package nor a note. I also checked with the neighbours.

Did I misunderstand the status? Is it maybe just handed over to a local carrier? Which local carrier would it be for Germany?

Can somebody help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was delivered by Germany Post. You should contact Germany Post for delivery detail.

Thanks for the help, but the tracking site is telling me I have in invalid parcel number.

With German Post I guess you mean DHL. Do I contact them with the tracking number I have? Or is there a new tracking number once it is handed over to the local carrier?

Sorry, http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows it was delivered on Feb 24 by Germany Post(DHL). You can use China Post tracking number LX728764988CN as reference number to make inquiry to DHL.

Hello,
I contacted Deutsche Post via customer service and they told me to check the local office. I did so but no package was there. How can I claim for the package now? Customer service of the german post told me it has to be claimed the original sender, they will get in touch with German Post then.

Can you help?
