Hi there,
I have a package which has been held by customs at Frankfurt for almost a month now. Is this normal? The package tracking number is LZ643099131CN
Can anyone advice what to do to get this item released?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Germany on Aug 9. You need contact GermanyPost(DHL) and inquiry parcel detail.

If Germany Post can not find the parcel, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
