Dear chinapostvolunteer,

could you help why my tracking ID CC103215745NL is held a long time -over 2 months- at Customs

Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
7/26/2024 3:42 PM Departure from outward office of exchange NLHAGA
7/29/2024 10:52 AM Arrival at inward office of exchange GUANGZHOU
7/29/2024 10:52 AM Item held at inward office of exchange GUANGZHOU
8/2/2024 2:17 PM Item presented to import Customs HANGZHOU

Please advice.

the parcel arrived Hangzhou long time ago. Receiver must make customs clearance before final delivery. Did you write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel?

Thank you for the quick response.
I was not aware of the fact that Chinese customs may need to call the receiver, so i did not write a phone number on it. What's the next step - inform the receiver? or contact customs (and if so, how)?

Writing the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel is a must because China Post need to send receiver a message which has a customs clearance passcode.

Right now, your receiver needs to call local customs brokerage 0571-86896573/86896576 and see if they can help to do customs clearance.
