I wonder where this package is right now? Because everytime i search for it it say :

"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported to open

And it say the latest date was : 2015-12-18 15:52:00.0

I wonder where is my package? And how long will it take to get i to Sweden?

"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou has been exported to open" means your parcel left China.
According to
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php
usually it takes from 7 to 21 days to reach Sweden.

70132149045 is not a registered mail, so it won't be scanned anymore so no tracking updates.
I think another 1-2 weeks and it will be delivered.

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , it will tell you the number is real or invalid.

allow 5 days from shipping in order to show up in tracking, if still invalid contact seller and/or open a dispute

Delivery can take up to 60 days, your parcel left china on 4 december. You can wait some more time without worries, you still have your buyer protection!
