Hi,

I've made an order from AliExpress from a legit seller.
He sent me the order pretty fast, although I'm running out of time protection in a few days.

Aliexpress declined my dispute and told me to wait a little bit more, the seller insists that it will arrive ( not believing him), can you please tell me if this is normal?

My order RX800079957CN is stuck since 6th December.

RX800079957CN doesn't show any sign of movement after first being mailed; I think it is probably lost. There were a number of parcels sent the first week of Dec that this has happened to.

Definitely re-open your dispute before time runs out.
