i have a message on the website Seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel ! what i mean ?

if means your seller applied the tracking number RG296347520CN from China Post, but never shipped anything associated with this number yet. If you just paid the seller and got the number, wait about 2 weeks and track again(many seller delay shipment). if you paid over 3 weeks and still same tracking result, open dispute to aliexpress/ebay.
