http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only one result: Electronic Data Received.

This means your seller only applied a tracking number from China Post with a software but never actually shipped anything to you.

You can wait one more week and see if you can see any new status, if No new result next week, You should open dispute to seller asap.

CP***Cn looks like surface parcel. In most cases, surface parcels will go through sea and land which is very very slow. Your seller should not use such service. If you can not get the parcel in 40 days, you should open dispute to seller and claim refund for non-arrival goods.
