Post Not Receiving my parcel

Dear Chinapost,

My tracknumber is RR765691922CN, expecting to receive a parcel in the UK from China.

From the tracking history, I can see that it arrived in the UK on December 9th already, but still not delivered to my place yet. Why is it taking so long? Why the parcel delivery stopped halfway?

the parcel is in Royal Mail system . You should contact them for detail. If Royal Mail can not find it, it should be lost.
