Hello,

Can you please check what is happening with my parcel (tracking number: RF438686690CN)? It shoud left the airport on 16/12/2016 but nothing happens since than.

1. In normal condition parcel to your country should take maximum 21 days to arrive. Right now it's not normal condition because of the Holiday Season.

2. May I suggest you contact seller so he can call China Post: 11185 to find out about your parcel.
