There is no update reg. my parcel RK569152110CN for two weeks.
According to sender it takes 10-20 working days do deliver package to Poland so I am afraid what happened...

Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

2. If seller advise you that your parcel should take 10 to 20 working days that fine. So if you start counting from the 18 Dec, 20 working days will end on the 13 Jan.

3. So on the 16 Jan you could open a dispute for non reception of your parcel if you can not track it on the Poland Post site for movement.
