Hi.

I have a hard time understanding where and when to expect my 2 parcels.

From the looks of it they seems stuck in Guangzhou.

Can anyone confirm if my parcels are still "en route" or should I open a dispute?

My 2 parcels are:

RS080049711CN

2. Both parcels are Importing meaning they did not go out of China and are coming back to the seller.
