Hello,
I've got a problem with a the parcel EV868136122CN, the tracking didnt update for 15 days, still stuck at departed from export office, should i be worried ?

EV868136122CN is a little bit delayed in airport but still normal. Sometimes it will take 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight to France. Please be patient.
