Hi
I have bought 2 items that have not moved since the 21/11 and the 23/11. Is this normal? Fear there is a problem.
Tracking numbers are
LX219728215CN
LX222044701CN

1. For parcel LX219728215CN, this is the last tracking:
2016-11-23 00: 00: 00.0 16:43:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to GBLALA

GBLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

2. For parcel LX222044701CN, last tracking is this:
2016-11-23 00: 00: 00.0 16:47:00 Guangdong Post Express Logistics International Business Department Baiyun Lanwang station to leave the processing center, sent to Guangzhou

3. So 1 parcel is On Route/In transit (LX219728215CN) to UK while the other one is transiting to Guangzhou. You should worry more about the second one (LX222044701CN). Maybe China Post EMS forgot to scan the parcel, you might want to contact seller so he can call China Post EMS to find out about your parcel.

You should contact Phillipines Post and inquiry the customs issue asap. China Post parcel to Philippines is handled by Philippines Post. They should know more detail.
