I can find any infos about my delivery. I recive only info about order number to track : LZ592279619CN on 17.07.2018.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ592279619CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
