you should open dispute and claim refund asap.

she say its still in transit and will come to my country soon... she dont understand that she has to pickup the package and resend as its rejected by customs... can you help me chinapostv-olunteer

Hello, I want to ask for an order RI759579725CN . The package is in Guangzhou Terminal since 26 November 2015 and since then eat nothing happens . I find the package by Christmas ? Please help. thank Jíra

the parcel is outside china. normally you can not see news status after the parcel left china(none scan the parcel anymore).

You should get it by xmas time.
