Hello

I bought the products with a seller in china and he told me that I must paid 150 $ for insurance and 150 $ too for custom clearance.

is it true please ?

I have already paid for the insurance.

if yes, how much is the exactly price to paid ? because it is too expansive for 270 $ purchase

My tracknig number is RD427280702CN

Why all is locked for the expedition please ?

China Post does not charge any insurance or customs clearance fee on you directly. If you have any custom duty, your government will collect your money when French Post deliver the goods to you. So I believe your seller's words is misleading.
