Hi,

I sent my personal stuff (Clothes and books) to France (by boat) on November 20th , and there are no updates regarding the tracking of my parcells: CP316487990CN and CP316487439CN

here is the last tracking result:
2015-11-21 12:40:08.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

Can you tell me if my parcells are on the way or still in Shanghai?
In the case they are still in Shanghai, whom shall I call?

When you see customs cleared packages are dispatched and they'll go on the next avaiable boat.
After over a month i think packages are already in France , by the way until FR customs checks packages you won't see any tracking update.
