1. There might be 2 reasons for that. Your parcel is trying to catch an Aircraft out of China but there is no room for the mail bag so it's going out to the warehouse. Then the process start again to do the same thing.

2. Or it could be because the mail bag with your parcel inside must get a close inspection for Security reason. It might not be your parcel but your parcel is part of the mail bag.

3. To make sure that your parcel is out of China you will need to track your parcel and if you don't see any tracking for the next at least 10 to 15 days, then there might be a chance that the parcel left China.

2. I was reading on Internet and apparently you Country Finland is on the list to receive and send E Packet. This way of sending of small parcel are way faster then China Post Register Mail. It will cost you a bit more money for transportation but it would be worthwhile. Here is where I found the info:
