Your package only just left China for Finland on 19 January. Average time for delivery should be 2-4 weeks.

I have also other one packet but and it's tracking number is LP00087995271032 but its tolds me that --> In transit - Departed waypoint what's it meaning?

This isn't a China Post tracking number; it belongs to Yanwen. You can track it here:
http://www.yw56.com.cn/english/index.aspx

Usually these kinds of logistics companies only handle the parcel in China, then mail it as an ordinary airmail parcel, which has no tracking. It could take 4-12 weeks to arrive in your country.
