My parcel (Tracking number RB950772109CN ) has been listed as "The Shanghai Exchange Bureau" has been exported since 18/09/2015 but has not arrived in the UK. This has been confirmed by th UK Post Office who have no record of the parcel - please help

RB950772109CN should have left China on Sep 18. After parcel left China, none will scan the parcel status, so the parcel seems to freeze at its last china location and you can not know the real location at this moment.

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows parcel to UK should arrive in 2 to 6 weeks. So your parcel is still in normal time frame. If you do not get anything by next weekend, it might be some problem. you might need to open dispute for lost parcel then.
