Hello… I’d like to ask about the status of my order …

It's been more than a month ... by tracking number (RH098097448CN), it looks like it was in Czech Republic airport and now it's again in Shanghai (Location 10010200 Status NULL) ..

the parcel was returned to shanghai by Czech Post, you can not get it anymore. Open dispute asap.

Not possible from China Post side. You might ask Czech Post and see if they have any answer.
