Post Missing package from UK - please help

Hi. I had a package sent to me from the Uk immigration office. Unfortunately I moved address and they didn't send it to the new one. So my package had a failed delivery attempt and now I have no idea where it is or who to contact.

the tracking number is RU842945414GB

Any help or info on who to contact would be greatly appreciated.

the parcel arrived China Post Shanghai office on Aug 2. It failed delivery. Normally it will be returned to UK after delivery failure. You should contact China Post Shanghai office asap.

RU842945414GB shows that the delivery attempt has failed for some reason, one of them may be that the recipient is not at home, so shipping will be sent back to their country of origin. You should contact the post office from where came the shipment to bring a claim. You can check the status of your shipment in:
