http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

been updated on LX779936466CN on ems website that package been collected on drop off location on 2018-03-10 14:42:00 by HuBeiShengSuiZhouShi 43270006 status is down as Posting should i wait few days to see if its in system or file for refund ?

LX779936466CN was just shipped by seller a couple of hours ago. Normally it will travel 2 to 4 weeks to reach Ireland. No need open dispute at this moment.

been updated on package does Wuhan city, leave Wuhan to Beijing (after turn) does this is mean package is on route or returning to seller ?

LX779936466CN is waiting for airline space from Wuhan to Beijing. This is normal, no need worry anything.
