I have a parcel that was suppose to be sent to Canada but instead it was sent to the UK my parcel number is RI737600165CN can anyone tell me if royal post would foward this parcel to canada?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to Guangzhou. You can not get the parcel anymore.
