Hi it's been 40 days since my two parcels departed from China and still no update. Their track numbers: RF456732356CN and RI937196781CN . I think they both in the same plane. Can you tell me exactly where are my parcels please?

1. I have the same tracking as you. Now what needs to happen is Turkey Post scan your parcels on arrival or when they have time to do it.

2. You could if you want, let your seller know that you have not receive your parcel.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Turkey Post site for any new movement.
