My package from china have been stuck in "Departure from outward office of exchange" since december 8, the package should have arrived in january.. why does it take this long? I have order many times before but never waited this long.. tracking RI096138604CN

it should be delayed in customs. if you can not get the parcel 40 days after payment date, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal.
