Item bought on ebay,seller gave me tracking number LF317762755CN ,and it says that is Yanwen.
Over 30 days only information is In Transit.
Item has been buyed on Jan 29, 2018,paid Jan 29, 2018 and still noting.
Item must arive to Croatia

Any help for that?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

Open dispute to ebay against fraud shipment and claim refund asap.
