Hello, i have two orders with the tracking numbers RM616671053CN and RM616671637CN.
The thing is, two weeks have passed and they are still in "customs scan" (Zhengzhou - first time i see a package in this location).
I am not a newbie regarding orders, but this is the first time i see a package stuck for so long and i don't know if this is normal. Usually in two to three weeks, the orders reach the customs in Romania.
Thank you in advance for any info.

status stuck in customs for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. If your parcel has no battery or chemical, no need worry. It will arrive sooner or later.
