http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows that your shipper did not ship the parcel, you should contact seller for correct shipping information.

Hello can you please help? my parcel RB905201131CN says it is In Customs-Control warehouse ... i made the purchase 8/3 why the delay? and how long it stays in Customs-Control warehouse ?

RB905201131CN was just shipped by your seller on Mar 26. you should wait about 3 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.

RC488202598CN seems have problem to pass security check. is there any battery inside the parcel?

hi
can somebody help me please placed order on 12th march and seller shipped on 13th,it was collected on the 18th and went to Departure from outward office of exchange on 23rd and has not moved since i have asked seller and they said dont worry but i am as i have used china post over past few months and received items in less than 2 weeks in UK but not nothing
this is my tracking number RC360750557CN
i would be grateful for some advice on this matter please

you need some patient. sometimes parcel needs about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive UK.
