Post Import Security Scan - Stuck in Beijing

Hello dear China Post Team,

Ma nian hao!

The package I sent myself from Germany has been stuck in Beijing for almost two weeks now:

RM398847635DE 2014 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20140205 0930
RM398847635DE 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20140205 1328

Is there a problem with it? Or does it just take so long because of the holidays? Will it arrive at some point? And if yes, when can I expect it?

Hello,

I'm exactly in the same situation, and, curiosly, with same date and status.
Let's see the answer you get. Here, to me, they say to open an dispute on PayPal, but how we will do it if we are the senders!!!

the parcel seems stuck in warehouse and can not be delivered. please ask your recipient to contact China Post (phone 11185). Sometimes China Post can NOT deliver the parcel which has only English address but no Chinese Address in it.

Thanks a lot. I am the recipient and unfortunately my Chinese is not good enough to handle it.
The address is written on it in Chinese as well.

Ok. For the interest of those in the same situation and to maybe find a solution:

So the recipient (I) had someone call the above number.

The Shanghai office said they cannot track it until it is in Shanghai, and apparently it is not.

The Beijing office said the package actually has left Beijing on 5th of Feb by ship (!), and that if it will not arrive in a long time, the sender (I) have to write a written application to check where it is and why.

So is it really stuck in a warehouse and cannot be delivered? Or stuck on a boat? Or maybe stolen by pirates (^^)?

What should I do now? Please help. I would very much like to recieve my stuff. -_-

I AM SENDER OF THIS PACKET RE317874978GR ITS SMALL PACKET ABOUT 1.4KG AND GOING TO SHENZHEN FROM GREECE ,THE SYSTEM CAN SHOW ME THAT ARRIVED IN BEIJING AT 6 FEB 2014 BUT STILL NOW IS THERE, CAN YOU TELL ME WHY AND WHAT SOLUTION HAVE IF HAVE ANY PROBLEM? I ordered 2 items from AliExpress on 11/11/14 and it was sent by China Registered Air Mail. When I track one of the packages with my tracking # RN612935418CN , now it's in Beijing. How much longer will it take to arrive in the United States? It's supposed to arrive within 15-60 days from the day I bought it. So shouldn't I receive it by January 11th, 2015?
