Hi, I have been waiting for a prcel for 3 months already. Last info is parcel stuck at customs controlled warehouse. tracking number is RK161762785CN . Could you kindly advice what is the status? The seller claims it's on route and I should receive but a month has passed after this correspondence. Thank you sa much

RK161762785CN should be lost or rejected in Nanjing customs. you should open dispute.
