Hi!
I bought an item on 18 April and the seller shipped it on 19 April. From China to Italy.
My track number is 89219204607.
I checked on your site and the status is "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan" from 22 April. Is this normal or there's something wrong?
When I have to start thinking that my parcel is lost ?

The parcel is on the way. But this service is cheap and untrackable outside China or in Italy. Be patient and wait for it.
