Hi
I ordered a few stuff from China and the seller posted it on January 27th.
When i track my package at China post it says that the package is held by customs. But when I track it at other tracking sites like this http://www.track-chinapost.com it says that the package has left the parcel center.
Why is that? Please help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel was just shipped 3 days ago. you need wait about 2 weeks to get the parcel.

Help please i returned package to china from wyoming usa on august 11,2016.usps says package left on august 15 for china.i cannot get any information on where my package is now.i am waiting on refund. custom number: LC291280983us

2. May I suggest you read this:

I shipped a parcel from USA to China, how can I know the delivery status?

3. Parcel from USA to China can take up to 40 days to be deliver.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. your seller did not ship anything to you.
