I bought an item from amazon which states delivered but I have not received the item, tracking number EA174286475CN
I would be grateful for your help

1. Your parcel last 3 tracking is this:

2016-12-12 00: 00: 00.0 14:44:20 Guangdong Province Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Guangzhou international business department to reach the processing center, from Guangzhou

2016-12-12 00: 00: 00.0 14:48:24 Guangdong Province Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Guangzhou international business sales department to arrange delivery

2016-12-12 00: 00: 00.0 14:50:00 Guangdong Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Guangzhou International Business Sales Department and sign receipt

2. I suspect the parcel was sent back to seller for whatever reason (Customs or Security Check). May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible for explanation.

3. If you want you can track also you parcel on 17 track.
