Package CP300202187CN was halted by Chinese customs for a couple of days, then on its way to seller, but suddenly tracking said it's on his way.

Just I am not sure in which way, to me or to seller?

Destination is Germany.

1. This is the last few tracking of your parcel:
2016-10-28 13:08 Shanghai Pudong, left
2016-10-28 13:08 Shanghai Pudong, left hand navigation
2016-10-28 10:47 Shanghai Pudong, reach
2016-10-23 11:00 Mei long branch, has been voted

2. I suspect the parcel went back to seller, he corrected the problem then resent to parcel. Now it On Route to Germany since the 28 Oct.
