It is not chinapost but singapost, if somebody can tell me what means this statut please.

: Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)

it's been several days that it's like that, do you think the seller is lying to me about shipping the parcel?

Information Received means your seller applied a tracking number from Singapore Post but the parcel has not been given to Singapore Post yet.

Many China sellers use Singapore Post to ship battery goods from China to other country. The parcel will be shipped from china to to Singapore Post(takes one or two weeks), then transit from Singapore Post to other countries.

You can wait 2 more weeks and track again, if still same result as "Information Received ", you should be cautious of scam.
