the parcel was delivered by China post branch in 【广州市邮政局机场路邮政所】投递局. If your seller did not got the parcel. ask him go to that branch and check what is wrong.

Once the shipment is delivered to the office of the company this means that you passed through customs?
I understand that sellers refuse to pay the fee duty goods confiscated and money kopuvacha not recovery.

I don't think receiver need to pay any duty for return item.
