Hello,

there is two items ordered on 28.09.2015. According to China post tracking system they left China on 11.10 and 12.10.

I've ordered some stuff from China and before but never faced such a delay.

The question, is there some unusual reason for such a long delay. The usual time for a parcel from China to reach my location is around 15 days.

there was a golden holiday week in China during early Oct. Many parcels were delayed for one or two weeks.

Almost 6 weeks passed and still no delivery. Never happened before. China post tracking system stopped recognizing the tracking number. What should i do ? Any advice ?

Unfortunately, shipping to Bulgaria is terribly slow. Average transit time is 37 days, and the longest on record is 90.
