Hello,

I sent 3 packages from China to France, I received the first two packages, but the last one got stuck. The package was sent at the end of november.
I managed to get the package tracking number from the sender : CP303682023CN

Nothing was received from the French transport company (La Poste).
It seems like the package is still in China at the customs in Shanghai according to http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=CP303682023CN.
Could China Post confirm this ?

CP303682023CN is surface parcel for heavy item.it goes through sea and its moving speed and status updating is very very slow. you can not know the exact location at this moment. you can do nothing but waiting.
