Can you help me with this parcel?
RN897130158RO

what means this : Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared?

My parcel was refused on delivery and I want to come back to me.

Can you help me with this?

RN897130158RO is on the way back to Romania. You should get it by end of Feb.

How can be able to know where is going to be the delivery adress?
I was mailled from city Cluj but on the package is another adress; will you send my package on adress from the package?

I bought a product, but then you see as "some kind of code that you can track your product but that code does not work at all. This is the tracking number RI820327882CN, he indicated that he will find nothing with trace
can you help me?

RI820327882CN is invalid number, your seller did not ship the goods yet. if you just got the number ,wait one week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php
