hello again.my tracking number is RS292429289CN.in tracking sites says that has departured china to greece on 5/12/2016 .its been 45 days and still no updates.what should i do?

1. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. It might also be time to think about opening a dispute for non reception of parcel.

1. By now your parcel should have arrive in Portugal(Maximum estimate 31 days). I suspect strongly you parcel was delayed in China because of the Holiday Seasons, Smug in China that prevented Aircraft to depart plus the rescheduling of mail bag.

2. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. See what he is going to say to you.
